1. Superior anti-abrasion performance with ceramic hard aggregate
Reinforced with high-hardness alumina ceramic and metal carbide particles, its wear resistance is 2–3 times higher than medium carbon steel. Designed exclusively for high-speed erosion by mortar, slag, dust and solid particles, greatly extending service life of flow passage components and lowering replacement costs.
2. Cold repair without thermal damage for on-site maintenance
High bonding strength replaces hot welding completely, avoiding thermal deformation, stress cracks and annealing failure of equipment housings. Thixotropic paste prevents sagging on vertical surfaces, curved volutes and inner pipe walls, enabling maintenance without full equipment disassembly.
3. Available for precision secondary machining after curing
Dense non-shrink cured layer allows turning, boring, drilling and grinding to restore dimensional tolerance for worn bearing housings and out-of-round shaft holes.
4. Excellent medium resistance and impact toughness
Impermeable cured layer resists mortar, wastewater, moisture, weak acid/alkali and light oil erosion. Good impact fatigue resistance prevents peeling and spalling under alternating load and vibration.
5. Integral molding for large-area wear-resistant lining
Suitable for both local pit filling repair and full-surface anti-abrasion lining coating. Reliable adhesion on carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and most metal substrates.
