1. Fine spherical ceramic aggregate for ultra anti-fine-particle erosion
Filled with superfine spherical alumina ceramic particles, it delivers outstanding resistance against high-speed scouring of fly ash, mineral powder, dust and mortar particles. Effectively prevent pipeline and flue perforation, greatly extending equipment service interval.
2. Smooth trowel application with excellent anti-sagging performance
Good thixotropy allows large-area blade coating for full lining protection. No sagging on vertical walls, curved volutes and inner pipe surfaces, realizing high-efficiency integral wear-resistant lining construction.
3. Cold coating without thermal damage to base metal
Room-temperature application replaces hot welding and thermal spraying, avoiding thermal deformation and stress cracking of steel substrates. High adhesion on carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, only simple blasting and degreasing required for surface preparation.
4. Dense impermeable layer for dual wear & corrosion protection
Compact cured barrier resists penetration of wastewater, weak acid/alkali and moisture, providing long-term anti-corrosion protection together with abrasion resistance. Stable performance without peeling or bulging in harsh desulfurization and dust removal environments.
5. Dual function: worn area repair & new equipment pre-protection
Applicable both for local patching of damaged pits and integral pre-coating lining for brand-new equipment, reducing long-term maintenance cost and downtime frequency fundamentally.
