Huitian 960T is an electronic-grade neutral silicone adhesive of Huitian 9600 series, presented as transparent paste. It cures at room temperature with moisture in air and releases alcohol molecules during curing, causing no corrosion to copper, PC, aluminum and other precision electronic materials.
1. Core Properties
– Transparent appearance with no residue; good light transmittance after curing, will not cover device logos or outlines;
– Service temperature range: -60℃ ~ 200℃, resistant to cracking and shrinkage under long-term high & low temperature cycling;
– Excellent performance in electrical insulation, moisture resistance, shock resistance, waterproof, dustproof and anti-aging; stable electrical property permanently;
– Approved with UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade and EU RoHS certification, ultra-low small molecule precipitation;
– Strong adhesion to metals, glass, plastics and ceramics; elastic after curing with great deformation buffering capacity;
– Neutral curing formula without acid corrosion, ideal for sealing circuit boards and precision plastic parts.
