As global advanced manufacturing evolves rapidly toward miniaturization, high power density and long service life, motor stator windings face three core pain points: insulation breakdown, local overheating and vibration aging. Traditional atmospheric potting has a bubble rate of 5%–15%, which easily induces high-voltage short circuits and poor heat dissipation; vacuum potting reduces the bubble rate to below 0.1%, increases insulation resistance by 50%, and achieves withstand voltage above AC3000V, completely eliminating traditional process bottlenecks.
Our self-developed two-component epoxy adhesive features five core advantages: high insulation, high thermal conductivity, wide temperature resistance (-50℃ to 180℃), low shrinkage and anti-aging. It enables penetration into micro gaps as small as 0.3mm, forming a dense protective layer after curing that ensures electrical safety, structural reinforcement and efficient heat dissipation. Equipped with automatic vacuum potting lines and a full-process quality control system, we customize adhesive formulas and curing profiles based on customer stator specifications and working conditions. Sampling, small-batch and mass production are available with a stable yield rate above 99.5%.
Currently, the global market for two-component epoxy potting adhesives continues to grow, with strong demand from automotive and industrial motor sectors.
