Huitian 960Z belongs to the high-performance electronic sealing silicone of Huitian 9600 series. It is a white paste material, cured neutrally at room temperature relying on moisture in the air. Alcohol small molecules are released during curing, which will not corrode most metals and plastics such as copper, PC and aluminum alloy.
1. Core Performances
– Operating temperature range: -60℃ ~ 200℃, stable for long-term service under high and low temperature conditions;
– Excellent electrical insulation, moisture-proof, shock-resistant, weather-resistant, anti-aging, waterproof and dustproof properties;
– Flame retardant grade UL94 V-0, compliant with EU RoHS environmental directive, with extremely low small molecule precipitation;
– Strong adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics and various engineering plastics;
– Turns into elastic silicone after curing, no cracking and great deformation adaptability.
